You need your normal email address, and a password, to access the lists. You should have saved the email sent to you when you subscribed to a list. If not then you have to go to your Mailman web page, at http://lists.man.ac.uk/mailman/options/list/emailaddress and choose the 'Email My Password To Me' option.
